Who we are
Amber is our licensed General Contractor and one of the founders of MGP Homes. She is affectionately called the “Boss Lady” and for a good reason. As a trailblazer in a traditionally male-dominated field, she not only delivers exceptional results but also inspires others to pursue their goals with hard work and determination. In the midst of juggling her business, family and pups, she enjoys spending time on the back porch, baking and an occasional weekend camping trip.

Dustin is our jack of all trades, however “Pool Guy” is his main title. He is on-site and working hard, from staking out and building the pool to setting up the equipment, ensuring everything is ready for your first swim. His background in NASCAR has given him an attention to detail and commitment to excellence in his work. He also pops in occasionally at our houses to help with whatever is needed. When he’s not working, he’s hanging out with his family, pups and friends making something tasty on his Traeger grill.
